        The short version: The free GummyClock calculator collects nothing about you. Your height, weight, age, and dose are used only to run your calculation and are never stored, transmitted to a server for retention, or shared with anyone. If you purchase GummyClock Pro, we collect only what is necessary to process your payment and deliver your features.
      

1. Who We Are

GummyClock.com is a harm-reduction tool operated by a single-member LLC based in California, USA. We provide a pharmacokinetic calculator to help adults understand the timing and intensity of THC edible consumption. We are not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, or medical provider.

2. Information We Collect — Free Tier

The free calculator collects no personal information. Specifically:

Your biometric inputs (weight, height, age, biological sex) are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers for storage.
Your dosage information is used only to run the calculation and is not retained.
We do not use cookies for tracking on the free tier.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any behavioral tracking technology.
We do not require account creation, email address, or any identifying information to use the free calculator.

Our server receives only the data necessary to perform the calculation (your inputs) and returns the result. This data is not logged or stored beyond the duration of your request.

3. Information We Collect — GummyClock Pro (Paid Tier)

If you purchase GummyClock Pro ($3.99 one-time), we collect the following:

Email address — used to create your account and deliver your peak alert notifications. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. GummyClock never sees, stores, or handles your card number. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
Saved profile data — your biometric inputs, if you choose to save them, are stored in encrypted form in our database (Supabase). You may delete this data at any time by contacting us.
Session history — if you log past sessions, that data is stored in your account and is visible only to you.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

Run your THC concentration calculation and return results to you
Deliver your GummyClock Pro features (saved profiles, session history, peak alerts)
Send transactional emails related to your account (peak alert notifications, receipt)
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising targeting. We do not share your information with cannabis retailers, dispensaries, or any third party for commercial purposes.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CalOPPA)

As a California-based operator serving California residents, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

California residents have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
Delete personal information we hold about you
Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information, so no opt-out is necessary
Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

Note regarding sensitive personal information: GummyClock processes biometric approximations (weight, height, age) and health-adjacent information (THC consumption). Under CCPA, consumers have the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. Our use of this information is strictly limited to running your calculation. We do not use it for any other purpose.

6. Cookies and Tracking

GummyClock uses a single session cookie to remember that you have confirmed your age for the duration of your browser session. This cookie contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies on the free tier. If you have a GummyClock Pro account, we use a session cookie to keep you logged in.

7. Advertising

GummyClock may display static advertisements from cannabis-related brands via the Mantis Ad Network. These advertisements are contextually served and do not use behavioral targeting or tracking cookies. Advertisers have no access to your calculation data and no influence on GummyClock's pharmacokinetic model or results.

8. Data Security

Free tier calculations are stateless — no data is stored on our servers after your result is returned. For GummyClock Pro accounts, personal data is stored using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI DSS compliance standards.

9. Children's Privacy

GummyClock is intended for adults 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided information to GummyClock, contact us immediately at privacy@gummyclock.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our product evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of GummyClock after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes affecting GummyClock Pro users will be communicated via email.
