        The short version: The GummyClock calculator collects nothing about you. Your height, weight, age, and dose are used only to run your calculation and are never stored, transmitted to a server for retention, or shared with anyone. If you create a free account, we collect only what is necessary to deliver your features (saved profiles, peak alerts, session history). We do not process payments and do not collect any payment information.
      

1. Who We Are

GummyClock.com is a harm-reduction tool operated by a single-member LLC based in California, USA. We provide a pharmacokinetic calculator to help adults understand the timing and intensity of THC edible consumption. We are not a cannabis retailer, dispensary, or medical provider.

2. Information We Collect — Free Tier

The free calculator collects no personal information. Specifically:

Your biometric inputs (weight, height, age, biological sex) are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to our servers for storage.
Your dosage information is used only to run the calculation and is not retained.
We do not use cookies for tracking on the free tier.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any behavioral tracking technology.
We do not require account creation, email address, or any identifying information to use the free calculator.

Our server receives only the data necessary to perform the calculation (your inputs) and returns the result. This data is not logged or stored beyond the duration of your request.

3. Information We Collect — Free Accounts

GummyClock accounts are free. If you create one, we collect the following:

Email address — used to create your account and deliver your peak alert notifications. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing.
Saved profile data — your biometric inputs, if you choose to save them, are stored in encrypted form in our database (Supabase). You may delete this data at any time by contacting us.
Session history — if you log past sessions, that data is stored in your account and is visible only to you.

We do not collect or process any payment information, because GummyClock does not charge for accounts.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

Run your THC concentration calculation and return results to you
Deliver your account features (saved profiles, session history, peak alerts)
Send transactional emails related to your account (peak alert notifications, receipt)
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising targeting. We do not share your information with cannabis retailers, dispensaries, or any third party for commercial purposes.

5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CalOPPA)

As a California-based operator serving California residents, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

California residents have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
Delete personal information we hold about you
Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information, so no opt-out is necessary
Non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

Note regarding sensitive personal information: GummyClock processes biometric approximations (weight, height, age) and health-adjacent information (THC consumption). Under CCPA, consumers have the right to limit use of sensitive personal information. Our use of this information is strictly limited to running your calculation. We do not use it for any other purpose.

6. Cookies and Tracking

GummyClock uses a single session cookie to remember that you have confirmed your age for the duration of your browser session. This cookie contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. If you have an account, we use a session cookie to keep you logged in.

7. Data Security

Calculations are stateless — no calculation data is stored on our servers after your result is returned. For accounts, personal data is stored using Supabase with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not process or store payment data.

8. Children's Privacy

GummyClock is intended for adults 21 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided information to GummyClock, contact us immediately at gummyclockhq@gmail.com and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our product evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of GummyClock after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes affecting account holders will be communicated via email.
